OHDSI / OMOP CDM

As a premier OHDSI partner, Acumenus deploys and maintains the full Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics ecosystem. Our Parthenon platform provides turnkey OMOP CDM v5.4 deployment with ATLAS cohort building, Achilles data characterization, and HADES R-based analytics — enabling institutions to participate in the world’s largest distributed observational research network.

Synthea2OMOP-ETL

Our open-source ETL pipeline transforms Synthea synthetic patient data into OMOP CDM format, enabling researchers and developers to work with realistic clinical data without privacy concerns. This tool powers our demo environments and serves as a reference implementation for ETL best practices in observational health data science.

Rare Disease Research

In collaboration with the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF), Acumenus is applying OMOP CDM and advanced analytics to rare disease registries. Our work aims to standardize rare disease data collection, enable cross-institutional research, and accelerate therapeutic discovery for underserved patient populations.
